This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the sqlfmt Pro subscription. Pro is billed through PayPal.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel Pro at any time from the Pricing page. When you cancel:
- you keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for;
- your subscription will not renew, and you won’t be charged again;
- after the paid period ends, your account automatically returns to the free plan.
You don’t lose your saved snippets when you return to the free plan, though free-plan limits will apply again.
Refunds
Because you can cancel at any time and keep access through the paid period, we generally do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period. If you were charged in error, experienced a billing problem, or believe you’re entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, contact us and we’ll work with you in good faith.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you see a duplicate charge or a charge after cancelling, reach out with the relevant PayPal details and we’ll investigate and correct it.
